Day 3 of the Ramones

Aug 3rd, 1979

I went to see the Ramones in Portchester. What a wild night. We hung out with Matt the roadie alot. Johnny Ramone was so wild. I got so many guitar pics, it was crazy. After the show, I wanted to go out back again by the van to see them. So I spoke with Johnny awhile. Actually all of the Ramones spoke to us and they were all really nice. Joey Ramone made a comment to me about how I caught all of the guitar pics in my teeth. I can not believe how obnoxious Joey can be. I wrote Johnny a letter that I am going to mail to him and I am asking him to send me a postcard from England. I am sending the letter to Arturo so hopefully Johnny will get it.

I also realized how obnoxious the David Johansen band can be. Forget about them, I think the Ramones are so much better. I will never go to another Johansen show again. I really hate them now expecially when I think of how much better Johnny Ramone is. Anyway - I know who is my complete fave now. I saw Marie there and had told me that Tommy Trask asked her to go to a party. I think she just told me that to be spiteful.

Day 2 of Ramones

Aug 12th, 1979

It is so great getting to see the Ramones again. I love when I can see a band 3 nights in a row. We went again out to Long Island. I waited by their van after the show so when they left, I could say good bye to Johnny. I was so funny because at the show I wrote this really big "Johnny I love you" on the table cloth and I think he got really embaressed. Matt the Roadie has been really nice. Johnny was as wild as always on stage. I can not wait to see them again tomorrow night.

The Ramones on Long Island

Aug 11th, 1979

Went out the Long Island to see the Ramones. I stayed at Geri's house so I could see the Ramones 3 nights in a row. How great is that, 3 nights of Johnny! I did not get to talk to Johnny at all but I think he noticed me from the stage. He did this wild & amazing movements with his guitar. I thought I would die. I got 3 guitar pics. He got all embaressed during Surfin Bird again when it was really quiet except for me screaming for him. He made this quiet motion with his finger. It was so cute. I kind of think of that as sort of our song. Oh Hail True Love.

So before the show, it was really scary because we drove past the house where they have the Amityville Horror movie. It was the real house that it happened in. I was even afraid to look at the house.

More David Johansen

Aug 9th, 1979

I went to see the David Johansen Band at the Fountain Casino. Ugh - was it ever an awful night. I spoke to Frankie LaRocka in the beginning of the night and he said he would give me his drumsticks which he never did. Tommy Trask did not give me 1 guitar pic. I only got a few that he knocked off his mic stand. The only time I think Tommy even acknowledged me wwas when they came out for an encore and he came out with a bottle of coke. So he looked for me and pretended he was going to pour it on my head. The show sucked anyway & it was a pretty short set. I should have gone to see the Ramones tonight instead. It was a toss up and I think I made the wrong choice. I'm thinking of not going to see the David Jo band anymore. God - I do this all the time. These 2 bit musicians aren't shit. I should just totally devote myself to David Bowie.

Onto the Ramones

Aug 5th, 1979

I went to see the Ramones the Fast Lane in Asbury Park NJ. It was so great since I was once again right up against the stage in front of Johnny Ramone. During Surfin Bird, when it gets really quiet, I always yell really loud for Johnny & I did & he smiled and laughed and gave me a guitar pic. So some kid grabbed it from me and Johnny gave me another one. Oh also, how great is this, Johnny dropped his guitar pic during the set and he did not have another one so I handed him the one he gave me and he used it. Then after the show we went into the dressing room and I actually got to talk to Johnny for awhile. It was so great. We talked about the movie & other stuff. It was pure heaven. God how I love Johnny.

And Still More Heartbreakers....

Aug 4th, 1979

I went to Max's again to see the Heartbreakers and I think probably for the last time I will ever see them. I know that I have said that before but I mean it this time. I am just getting so sick of them and Johnny's bullshit. Everyone is so convinced that Johnny Thunders is going to die soon. It seemed like he could barely stand up this time. All of the Blessed were there again. I spoke with Billy most of the night. I refused to say Hi to Howie but he finally came over to us. And he was so f'ing obnxious. But it was so strange to see him wearing the rosary beads I gave him around his wrist. I wonder if anyone ever asked him where he got his rosary beads from, if he would say where he got them. And guess what, the Blessed are recording on Wednesday and they might put out a single on Bomp records. God I can not wait. I will play that record to death.

More Heartbreakers at Max's

Aug 3rd, 1979

I went to Max's to see the Heartbreakers. Before that I went to see Rock n Roll High School with the amazing Ramones. It was so great - I saw through it 3 times in a row. I could not get enough of it. I also saw Frankie LaRocka in the movies. So after it was over we talked for alittle while. God he is such a sweetheart. Max's was such an f'd up night. All the Blessed were there but had some attitude. I found out that Marina never was with Billy after all. But that is only according to Billy so who knows. I gave Howie Pyro a pair of rosary beads. Billy was really drunk which was quite funny. After Max's we went to some after hours club called the Nursery but it was so boring there. The Fire Dept came and made us all leave, I guess too many people in the club or something like that. Oh I also saw Tommy Trask outside of Max's. He gave me a little wave but all I did was glare at him.

Joy Avis

July 29th, 1979

Went to Max's to see joy Avis & the Avis Davis Band. It was kind of boring. I saw Jerry Voidoid with some sleezy girl. He gave me such a nasty look when he walked into Max's. I ran into Marina later on at CBGB's. She said that Howie Pyro asked her to spend the night with him but she passed out. I can not believe that he would like Marina, I think he is lying. I also found out that she was with Billy Stark in the Mudd Club bathroom. I guess Marina really is a Blessed girl. She is going away to Europe for 1 month and I sure as hell hope that she does not come back.

July 25th, 1979

Went into NYC to see Ladies & Gentleman the Rolling Stones. I had never seen it before, it was really good.

July 28th, 1979

Went to see the David Johansen Band at Alexander's in South Jersey. I was ok. I spoke to Frankie LaRocka for a really long time. He is so sweet. I spoke with Tommy Trask for alittle while also. I got so many guitar pics from him while they were playing. I got kind of mad at him during the show. I think I just get alittle crazy at times. Those bands can do it to you.

Sylvain's New Band

July 21st, 1979

Went to Max's to see Sylvain's new band. I had a pretty good time. Billy Stark never showed up but Howie, Walter, & Brad did. I spoke to Howie Pyro for awhile and I gave him a button to give to Billy that I had gotten for Billy. I hope that Billy gets it and Howie does not keep it. I spoke to Brad alot during the night. Some lady to me & Howie's photo together while we were talking. God I would love to get a copy of that. Maybe it will turn up somewhere. Brad & Howie gave me the address of their reheasal studio and when they may rehearse & they said I could some sometime. Maybe I will. God Howie Pyro looked so good last night.

Sylvain's New Band

July 20th, 1979
I went to see Sylvain's new band at Max's. I spoke with Billy Stark from the Blessed for most of the night. I got really update when Brad Barnett told me the Blessed might be playing at his sister's sweet 16 party but I couldn't go because it would be his parents that were throwing the party and it would be his parents that are throwing the party. I am supposed to write Billy and send him a list of addresses but I can not believe I lost his address. Howie Pyro was there but all he did was whiz right by so I didn't get to talk to him. Tommy Trask was there and he never even said hello. I swore I will never to go another one of their shows again but then at the end of the night he came over and said hello and was really nice. So overall I had a lot of fun at Max's that night. I fell down the stairs twice at Max's. Must have been those Heartbreakers drinks. They are so good. Oh - I spoke to Paul Zone also for a minute. He was pretty friendly.

Blondie in Asbury Park

July 7th, 1979

I went to see Blondie at Convention Hall in Asbury Park. It is the last time I am going to see them play. I had gotten myself a 3rd row ticket which was really good. But as luck would have it, there was some kid that could not take photos so he gave me his front row seat. So I threw a beach ball up to Debbie Harry but of course it hit Nigel instead. He was laughing alot from it. I kept screaming out for them to do "Rip Her to Shreds" and she pointed to me during the song since I've been wanting her to do it for the last few shows. Then she came over and played with my hair, just like Tommy Trask did. Before the show I saw Frank and Nigel in their limo and they waved to me. Then Nigel saw me in the front row and went and told Nigel and Clem. The show was fun but Blondie is no where as good as they used to be. And the rest of the band was kind of boring. And such a horrible crowd was there. No one even stood up and danced. Well what can I say, Blondie sold out and did it to themselves.

I went to see Johnny Thunders at Max's. The show was as good as always. I spoke with Billy from the Blessed for a really long time. We got along well and did not fight. He only stayed for the first show. But Howie Pyro was at the second show so I got to speak with him for the rest of the night. He was super nice. I can not wait to see them again.

Back to the Fast Lane

July 5th, 2009

Went to see the David Johansen Band at the Fast Lane in Asbury Park. It was really good and Tommy Trask was so great on stage. We got into all of these silly fights and he once kidding messed up my hair. I got 3 guitar pics and 3 drum sticks so it was a very good night. I got right up front by the stage again. It is the only place to see a band.

The Blessed at MAX'S

June 30th, 1979

I went to see the Blessed at Max's. I can honestly say I think I enjoyed this show the most.It was a very relaxed atmosphere and the show was so good. I really mad at Howie Pyro but not anymore. was actually kind of sweet last night. I had planned to go to England in September to stay with a penpal and Howie is going at the same time. At least that is one way of assuring that I don't miss any Blessed shows.

Billy Stark was also super nice. He gave me his address because I have to send him a fan letter a penpal of mine wrote him. I could have killed Billy because he said Manhatten during a song and he knows how much I hated that movie and he loved it. So during the secong set I put up a sign for Grease since he hated that movie so much I loved it. I sat through Grease 5 times on 1 weekend. One day I sat through 3 showings and the next day 2 showings. I love it so much. Billy said he was laughing all during the first song when he saw my Grease sign.

I met a penpal of mine from South Carolina - Aldyth. It was really weird to meet her. She is a Bowie penpal but she is really in love with Howie Pyro. I am not too sure that she likes me too much. I was really possessive of the Blessed. I can't help it - I love them so much. Howie has really improved on the stage, I can not believe how much better he has gotten. And I finally got a guitar pic from him since he never has any.

Billy told me something so depressing. He told me the Blessed broke up 2 weeks ago and Howie was kicked out the band. So Billy said he would commit suicide since he could never play in another band. He didn't tell me the whole story but he said he will. God - If there were never any more Blessed I would die.

June 23rd, 1979

I went to see the David Johansen Band at Dover, NJ . I swore I would not go back to that place either but I can not help it, that is where all the bands are playing and I can not miss them. A nightmare occurred. I was not able to stand underneath Tommy Trask but I got pretty close. He did step over just so he could hand me a guitar pic. Oh how thoughtful. They did alot of new songs that were really good. It was so strange to not see Johnny & Buzzy up there playing. I spoke with Frankie LaRocka after the show and he is so nice. Tommy Trask never even said hello. He can be such a bastard sometimes.

June 22nd, 1979

Went to see the Ramones at the Fast Lane in Asbury Park even tho I swore I would not go there any more or to any more shows. I was telling everyone it was my last Ramones show. Johnny Ramone was so cute tho. I got a broken guitar string from Johnny. I had a few fights with Matt the roadie. I don't know what is wrong with him lately. He was so nice in the beginning.

June 17th, 1979

Marie & I went all the way up to New Haven, CT to see the Ramones. Crazy, huh! What a bunch of jerks there. I will never go to Connecticut again. I was going to up there to see Blondie but forget it. I wonder if Johnny Ramone remembered me. I know that the roadies & Arturo did. Big deal. I think Johnny may have. God, Johnny Ramone is so cute. He kept on dropping his guitar pics because it was so hot in there. We saw Cary there. I had gotten into a fight with some kids and when I came out at night I had a flat tire in my car. I think that those stupid kids did it. Anyway, Cary's father came & helped to change it.

Power Outage at the Ramones

June 16th 1979

Went to see the Ramones in Dover at the Show Place. Johnny Ramone was an amazing as ever. I think he may have remembered me. I stood right in front of him and was screaming and went wild. But unfortunately in the middle of the show there was a power failure and that was it for the Ramones show. How depressing. A car hit some telephone pole or something and all the power went out. Everyone stood outside the club for a long time hoping they would get it fixed and the Ramones would go back on stage to play but they never did. It was such a let down. I thinh the Ramones just took off once it happened. They should have refunded our money from the club but they never did.

Blessed at the Mudd Club

June 14th, 1979

Went to the Mudd Club to see the Blessed. It was so much fun. I could not film that much because the crowd up front was so wild. Billy looked great. He had on eye make up. We were upstairs for alot of the night. It is so much better upstairs at the Mudd Club. I thought the Mudd Club was so much better than the last time I went but probably because the Blessed were playing. That will always make it better. Most of the Johansen Band was there. Tommy Trask was not friendly at all and was with some girl most likely from Staten Island. I drenched them both wet with a water gun. It was funny. I thought the Blessed were so fantastic. I could not believe how wild the audience was. We all kept attacking Howie and he finally just fell on to the audience. Walter Lure also went flying into the audience. Oh well, Hail True Love.

June 12th, 1979
Went into Eileen Polk's to help with the party for the Blessed but unfortunately I did not help too much. Marina & Patricia were there. I can not decide if I hate them or not but I think I do. Hal was there who is this 17 year old queen & he is so cute. I think one day he will be quite famous. He is the prettiest boy I have ever known. He's very Bowie-ish. Rick was also there. I wish I had gotten to speak with Billy but I didn't. It has been so long since I have seen him. I heard that Howie is seeing someone but I do not know who. Maybe just a rumor.

A Trip to the Mudd Club

June 8th, 1979

I went to the Mudd Club to see Sylvain's new band. Buzzy Verno & Johnny Rao are in the band & it was so good to see them on stage again. Most of the Johansen Band was there. I spoke to Tommy Trask alittle. It was also so good to see Bernie the roadie. He is one of the nicest roadies that there are as far as roadies go. I saw Howie Pyro there but only spoke to him for a few minutes. Anyway - I think the Mudd Club is the absolute pits. I even thought that it was worse than Hurrah's. God only knows what the big attraction is to that place. Just a bunch of jerks go there . Most used to go to Max's or they are just now catching a new wave.

Heartbreakers on Film

June 2nd, 1979

Went to see the Hearbreakers at Maxs again. I love then I get to see them 2 or 3 nights in a row. They were as great as always. They were filming the show. Don't ask me how but I snuck up front and got right underneath Walter Lure. So Kim & I got on film. That's kind of embaressing. Well Jerry Voidoid was there so I got up the nerve & went up and talked to him about why he is not with the Voidoids anymore. We only talked for alittle while. I hope he does not hate me but I was really interested in what he is doing now. He told me he is a guitar player and a singer and he wants to start his own band. I will definetly go to see them. He told me he is recording with some friends now. I kind of feel bad that he is not with the Voidoids anymore. Oh well. I saw Howie Pyro there but only for a minute. Billy Stark was not there. An Encounter with Jerry Nolan

June 1st, 1979

I went to see the Heartbreakers at Max's. They did a really great show. I saw Brad from the Blessed but no Billy or Howie. And I saw Jerry Voidoid there. I hadn't seen him in so long. So after Max's we went to the Gramercy Park Diner. First Johnny Thunders came running in. He was so cute and pretty straight. Then Jerry Nolan came in and sat in the booth behind us. So when he left, Joon stole his napkin, some of his toast, and some of his french fries. The french fries are for souvenirs to send to people but we are all keeping a piece of his napkin and toast. Such strange souvenirs.

I think he is kind of changing. Who knows what is going on with him. I just dropped them all off somewhere before I left. He was with these 2 guys Hal & Joey. Working on the Blessed Fan Club

May 23rd, 1979

I went in really early to Eileen Polk's house. We got so much done for the Blessed Fan Club. We went all of the city getting stuff to make buttons and we made over 100 of them. They came out really good. We went out to dinner & stuff and I had such a nice time with Eileen. Billy Stark came over at around 9:30. We had lots of fun. All kinds of dreaming about the future. I stayed late until about 2:30 am. Eileen offered to let me stay if I was too tired to drive but I didn't. I really didn't want to intrude anyway. I drove Billy home. He lives in such a beautiful apartment building. Billy was so nice. We all joked about how much Howie Pyro is in all of my films. I will probably go back in next week to do more work to get ready for the Mudd Club show. Oh - I finally got all of the words to the Blessed songs. I put them in a book. Eileen Polk's House

May 21st, 1979

Went to Eileen Polk's house to work on the Blessed Fan Club and watch some of the movies that I took. It was fun. Walter Lure, Billy, & Howie were also there. Walture was so funny but I think he was alittle high. Billy wore really tight Sasoon jeans. I decided that Howie is kind of self-centered. So anyway - when we were watching the Blessed shows that I had filmed I felt so dumb because I did not realize how much during a show I filmed Howie and no one else. Next show which is June 14th at the Mudd Club I am going to film alot of Billy & Walter. I think I am going to be removing Howie from my top 10 list and add Billy instead. We did not work on the fan club very much but it was just so much fun to hang out anyway.

But Franke & Jimmy were complete snobs. Anyway - I talked to Richard Hell for a really long time. He wants me to run their fan club but I can't because of the Blessed Fan Club. But I told him I would so I decided that I'll ask Richard if one of my friends can do it and I would just help out with it. Richard said to me - What do you want to be , a groupie? Because I told him I was in college. I guess he was kind of surprised. And he went to give me his phone number but I said I had it already. Can you imagine that Richard Hell wanted to give me his phone number? And then afterwards I went to Max's and saw Billy Stark & Howie Pyro there. I told them that Richard Hell wants me to do his fan club also. I don't think they want me to do both.

A Blessed Night

May 13th, 1979

I went to see the Blessed at Max's. It was kind of a weird night. JoAnn and I were on the guest list. We got their early so we drove Eileen & Howie to Eileen's house and then we dropped Howie off at some girl Debbie's house who I am really not a big fan of. I heard that she is really rich and Howie lives with her sometimes. We ran into Cheetah Chrome and spoke with him for a little while.
Well as for the Blessed show, they only did 1 set. And Max's was kind of empty so Howie & Billy were being really obnoxious to the audience. They have some really new good song called Fairy Tales. I just love it. Found out some good Blondie dirt. They will be at Powerhouse all week recording. Maybe I can go in one day.
We went upstairs after the show and everyone in the Blessed seemed kind of depressed. Walter was not friendly at all. Brad didn't talk to me. I fought with Howie the entire time. Billy was the only nice one. I get along really great with the Blessed, right? Howie just seemed so upset after the show. I think he took the small crowd the hardest. It was just a strange night. And Marina was not there - she is in Texas.

Went to see the Heartbreakers again at Max's. Johnny was so great. Frank Infante from Blondie went on stage during the second set. I spoke with Howie Pyro alot and gave him a ride home. Brad was there and I got to speak with him alot also. He was so sweet. He told me that he might try out for the David Johansen Band. If that is true, then the David Jo Band really did break up. Eileen Polk called me and invited me to a birthday party for Walter Lure at the Mudd Club. It just did not work out being able to go into NYC. No one else could go and I did not feel like going alone. It is so much harder to go into NYC alone from college than from home. I know I missed the chance of a lifetime. I am sure that everyone will be there. But I figure, if I was invited to this, I will get invited to other stuff also.

More Heartbreakers

April 20th, 1979

Went to see the Heartbreakers at the Place at Dover. They were so incredibly good. Walter Lure stopped and talked to me for alittle while. He was so nice. We talked about the Blessed and all kinds of good stuff. I saw so many people there that I knew. It seemed that everyone was at the show. And the best part of all was that Johnny Thunders was not even that f'd up. It was great.

Hail True Love !

April 16th, 1979

Oh Hail True Love! I saw the Blessed play last night at Max's. Donna Destri also played. The Blessed were so good but they only did 1 set which sucked. Some famous photographer was there, Scavulo. He is going to put Howie Pyro in his book and the only Rock Stars that will be in it are Bowie, Jagger, Lou Reed, & Howie. Can you believe it? I always knew that the Blessed would be famous some day. Especially Howie - He is such a Rock Star.

Tommy Trask was there. He actually walked by and said hello. I asked him if it was true that Buzzy & Johnny Rao were going to get fired and he said that nothing was definite but they are not recording with them. Mick Ronson is instead. Tommy also said they will play in NJ when they are done. I can not wait.

Walter Lure was actually nice last night. While the Blessed were playing he was telling people to stand up and he looked at me and said "Come on and stand up Sweet Heart". I was so embaressed. Brad was also pretty nice. I am forever devoted to the Blessed. I would like to spend the rest of my life following them.

I've been so depressed at college because it is so horrible here. But I should be happy. I quit smoking everything really. I am so glad I gave up the cigs. I really do not want to smoke anymore.

A Trip to Phili

April 14th, 2009
I went to Tom's for the weekend with Joon & Judy. We had a really good time. We went to see the Autistics & the Stimulators at the Hot Club. That place is the pits. I hate to ever go there again except Richard Hell is playing there next weekend so I am sure we will be going. I saw Johnny & Debbie. Johnny is in the Autistics now and him & Debbie got married. It was really good to see them but I don't know how Debbie can stand living in Phili after being from NYC. Everyone is so far behind there. They all think they are so punk in their ripped clothing & pogoing. I just think they act so stupid and are just so behind the times. I bought some great Bowie singles at a really great record store called 3rd Street Jazz. Really nice picture sleeves.

And Still More Ramones....

April 8th, 1979
Went to see the Ramones at the Red Foxx Inn. It was so good to see Johnny Ramone again. I got 6 guitar pics. Kind of made me feel it was like watching Tommy Trask all over again. The Ramones guitar pics are nice though because their name is on them. I am collecting all of the pics in a jar. Dee posed for a photo and so did Johnny. I also took some pics of Johnny on stage. I hope they came out ok. I hate the Red Foxx Inn. The place is good though because it is only 15 minutes from my house. But they had all these hippie guys trying to keep all the kids away from the stage.

I heard that David Johansen fired Ronny, Johnny Rao, & Buzzy Verno from the band. I can't even imagine seeing other people in the band. It will be so sad when I go even though I was not too friendly with any of them. I got really used to them though. Oh well.

More Ramones......

April 6th, 1979
Went out with Marie to Long Island to My Father's Place to see the Ramones. The people working there were such jerks. For some reason, they were really picking on me to stay in my seat when everyone else was standing. Who can sit when the Ramones are playing? They threatened to throw me out if I did not listen to them. What a complete nightmare. And I only got 1 guitar pic. Johnny was so cute so I guess it was all worth it. I am never going back to that place again.

Happy 21st Birthday

April 1st, 1979
It's my birthday today and I am 21 years old. I remember when I thought people that were 21 were old and now I am one of them. I went to the Rock n Roll flea market in NYC. It was really good there. They had it at some hotel. The Blessed played. How perfect is that, the Blessed played on my 21st birthday. Of course it is by coincidence and not intentional but still pretty cool I think. And guess who was at the sound check, Tommy Trask. I was happy to see him there. At least he said goodbye when he left. Then after the Blessed played, the lights came on and Johnny & Joey Ramone were there. So Johnny said Hi to me. Maybe he remembered me from last night when we went to see them play. I screamed enough - he should remember me. I also saw some great David Bowie films at the flea market. They were from Ziggy Stardust. I also bought some good Bowie stuff - some 45 imports from Japan with really good picture sleeves & some concert photos. Over all - it was a great 21st birthday.

More Ramones...

March 31st, 1979
Went to see the Ramones at Emmits in NJ. I can not stand the place but it is so close to my house. I love when I get to see my favorite bands 2 nights in a row. Last night David Johansen and tonight the Ramones. I stood in front of Johnny the entire night and just screamed & screamed while he played. The Ramones were really good. I love to scream really loud during Surfin Bird when it gets really quiet and they stop playing. After me & Marie went behind the club outside so we could see them before they left. I got Johnny & Joey's autograph. How tacky but it was so much fun. I have the best autograph collection that I have start to put into a scrapbook but of course my favorites are my David Bowie autographs. I love the one where he signed his photo and wrote it to my name.

Can I have your autograph?

March 29th, 1979
You will just never believe this. I went to see the David Johansen Band again at Creation in South Jersey. It is a nice club and I had a great time. Well I decided to ask some people in the band for their autograph like Tommy Trask and them as a joke. It was so ridiculous even though I secretly wanted them. So when Tommy Trask signed it for me, he put it to my name without me telling him. I know that it sounds dumb but it made me happy that he knew my name after all the times we have gone to see them play. And then when we were leaving we were talking to Frankie LaRocka and he was so nice. He told us that he would miss us and he said good bye to me and Marie and made sure he said both of our names. I just can not believe that they know our names. I am going to miss that band so much while they are touring. I may not be able to see them play again until September. I wonder if they will even remember us. Well they should since Marie & I are such devoted fans. They band played 2 new songs that I never heard and they were really good. I just can't wait for their new album to come out. Oh - I got Eileen Polk's phone number, it is XXX-XXX-XXXX. If I write it in here, I will not lose it.
